2. Is end of tenancy cleaning mandatory?
While not legally required, most tenancy agreements state that the 

property must be returned in the same clean condition as 

at the start of the tenancy. Professional cleaning is 

often the best way to meet this requirement.

3. What does your end of tenancy cleaning service include?
Our service includes thorough cleaning of:

Bedrooms and living areas

4. Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No, you don’t have to be there. You can arrange 

for us to collect the keys or provide access. We’ll notify

 you once the job is done and send photos or a 

completion report if required.

5. How long does the cleaning take?
The duration depends on the size and condition

of the property.

1-bedroom flat: 3–4 hours

2–3-bedroom house: 4–6 hours

Larger properties may take longer.

6. Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes, our team brings all professional-grade cleaning 

products and equipment needed for the job.

7. Do you offer carpet or upholstery cleaning?
Yes, we can add professional carpet, rug, or upholstery

cleaning to your end of tenancy package at an additional cost.

8. Do you offer appliance cleaning?

Yes, we offer appliance cleaning at an additional cost.

9. What if my landlord or agent isn’t satisfied?
We offer a 48-hour re-clean guarantee. If there are any 

issues reported within that time, we’ll return to fix them 

free of charge.

10. How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
Prices vary based on property size and condition.

11. Do you clean furnished properties?
Yes, we clean both furnished and unfurnished properties. 

For furnished homes, we also clean all furniture and 

soft furnishings 

(as agreed in the quote).

12. Do you need access to electricity and hot water?
Yes, please ensure the property has both. If utilities are off,

 let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.

13. How do I book an end of tenancy clean?

preferred date, property size, and address. We’ll confirm 

the booking and send all the details.
